Put Down Your Burdens. Find Sanctuary
Join us for four days and nights in the sacred stillness of Mexico’s jungle, where time moves differently, the air is thick with life, and you can put down your burdens. You’ll find sanctuary in ancient cenote waters and lush gardens, sheltered by palms, and taken exquisite care of by thoughtful hosts. The retreat space is sumptuous and intentionally designed – with open-air gathering spaces, movement and ceremony, soft candlelight, and grounding rituals woven throughout – and it’s all ours.
Fall Deeply, Truly, and Completely in Love with You
What have you been pursuing – with so much intention, with so much devotion, with so much pain and struggle – only for fulfillment to feel further away?
Maybe you’ve built the life you thought you wanted, checked all the boxes. But rather than fulfilled and happy, you feel disconnected from yourself, confused – even a little bitter – and asking, “I did everything right – why do I feel so empty?”
Maybe you are the person who’s always moving, with a full calendar and optimized productivity. But being “good” doesn’t actually feel good. It’s exhausting – a treadmill with a constantly moving finish line. “When do I get to stop? When will it be enough?”
Maybe you’re the one who always takes care of others. You’re good at it, and it feels good…and yet there are moments when anger and loneliness rise up, and your heart cries out, “But what about me? Why doesn’t anyone take care of me?” not realizing that you’re the one who hasn’t been taking care of you.
This is your invitation to stop – to stop pursuing it out there and start finding it in here, inside you, where it’s always been.
This is your invitation to discover that you are inherently loveable – it is not something to be earned. The pursuit itself—trying to earn love through achievement, approval, giving—creates the suffering. It’ll never satisfy because it’s backwards.
The shame you feel when it doesn’t work compounds the problem. You blame yourself, when it’s the strategy (not you) that’s flawed. Self-love must come first. It’s the source, not the reward. Everything else flows from that foundation: achievement, giving, and connection are expressions of wholeness, not paths to it.
This is an invitation to the most important love story of your life: the one where you fall deeply, truly, and completely in love with you.
You’re the one you’ve been waiting for. The only one who can give this to you is you. But you don’t have to do it alone.
We, your guides, are not only coaches. We are doulas: skilled and experienced space-holders for transformation, unafraid of pain, unbothered by mess, calm in any storm. We welcome it all.
And you will discover, in community, that you are not uniquely flawed – you are in good company in your imperfect humanness – and perfectly lovable.
The jungle, too, is calling. Not as an escape, but as a mirror—wild, untamed, whole. At Onze, amidst sacred cenote waters and held by thoughtful hosts, you’ll have time to put down your burdens and remember who you’ve always been.
In community, we will discover, uncover, and recover all that is uniquely you. We will cherish and nourish so that we can flourish—releasing what no longer serves, honoring who we are today, and becoming more fully who we have always been and are meant to be.
What’s Possible:
A New Foundation –
- We cannot promise to fix your relationships, solve your problems, or transform your life in four days. But we do promise deeper connection with yourself—a touchstone experience of rest, wholeness, and self-love that you can return to again and again
- Everything else—the clarity, the peace, the authentic relationships, the life you actually want—flows from that foundation. But the foundation is what we’re here to build together
A New Relationship with Yourself –
- You slow down and discover that rest isn’t laziness—it’s where clarity lives
- You stop running and discover you were never broken; you were just taught to fear your own wholeness
- You find the love that was always there—not as a reward for doing enough, but as your birthright
- The scared childhood versions of you finally feel seen and can rest
A New Relationship with Your Inner Life –
- Discover that emotions come to pass, not to stay; allow them to move through you, and they won’t control you
- Discover you can hold more than you thought—pain and joy, grief and gratitude, all at once – and the beauty of it all
- You’re safe to feel everything, so there’s nothing to fear – you’re free
A New Relationship with the World –
- You allow yourself to choose instead of endlessly performing
- Achievement becomes expression instead of proof
- Giving becomes overflow instead of transaction
- Connection becomes intimacy instead of performance
- You find the love inside that makes everything else overflow
Discover. Uncover. Recover the ‘you’ that’s been here all along.

What to Expect
This retreat is not an escape from your life but a portal to go deeper into it. That’s why the Flourish retreat includes pre- and post-retreat care.
Pre-retreat. We’ll send you logistics, of course. But you’ll also receive reflection questions to help you arrive with an open heart. And we’ll host a 90-minutes Zoom gathering on Thursday, March 26th from 4:00 – 5:30pm central time to answer questions and begin building community before you even arrive. This call will be recorded so you can refer back to it as often as you’d like.
Retreat. From the moment you arrive in Mexico to the moment you depart, you’ll be held—by us, by the land, by the community. You’ll receive a daily schedule, but here’s generally what we have planned:
April 16. Welcome.
- Arrive by 12pm Central Time at Cancun International Airport. We’ll travel together to Onze Xpuha by private shuttle.
- At Onze: welcome mocktails and property tour by hosts, opening ceremony, dinner

Meet Your Guides
Allison
I discovered my own wildness while giving birth to my first child. Before then, I was well-behaved: a high-achieving student, responsible Naval officer, devoted teacher, dutiful wife and daughter. But labor showed me something I had never experienced – power that had nothing to do with permission or approval. It was elemental, and we were collaborating to do something magnificent.
That experience changed everything. For the first time, I knew my worth. I stopped settling for crumbs or believing I needed to earn my place. It made me hungry to help other women discover their power, too.
I left teaching, became a birth educator and doula, and ultimately found my calling as a life coach. For over 15 years, I’ve been a Certified Wayfinder Master Coach, helping women move from helpful and pleasing to authentic, powerful, and magnetic. Everything I teach has first transformed my own life—which is why I trust it so deeply for yours.
Birth taught me that transformation isn’t something we force. It’s something we surrender to – and something we’re held through. That’s what I bring to this retreat: the steady presence of someone who has walked through her own fire and knows you can walk through yours.
Jenni
As a doula, I am dedicated to serving those navigating life’s transitions, standing witness and providing unwavering support during life’s most vulnerable and painful moments. When we create a compassionate space for death, dying, and grief, we are invited to live more fully and love more deeply. Each ending is a new beginning, and every new beginning reveals the path toward becoming more fully ourselves.
For much of my life, I chased everything that culture and society deemed necessary for happiness and success. I found myself ensnared in a cycle of constant striving, believing that if I could just check one more box or earn one more degree, I would finally feel fulfilled and loved. This relentless pursuit of external validation distanced me from my essential self. In chasing what was “out there,” I lost sight of the inner truth and unique beauty that resides within me. Now, I intend to spend the second half of my life turned inward, embracing my authentic self and cultivating a deeper connection to my essence. As a coach, I accompany clients as they discover their own unique paths to self-love. It is a joy and honor to watch clients step into full lives guided by their ever-present inner wisdom.
At this retreat, I will offer the steady presence of someone who understands the intricacies of grief and the beauty of living fully, even amidst loss and pain. Together, we can explore what it means to find peace and acceptance in our narratives while nurturing the most important love story – the one where you fall deeply and truly in love with you.

What should I pack? What's the weather like in April?
April in the Riviera Maya is warm and beautiful—expect temperatures in the 80s with occasional rain showers. Pack light, comfortable clothing for movement, swimwear for the pool, temescal, and cenote, and layers for air-conditioned spaces. A light sweater or wrap for evenings and a rain shell just in case are smart additions. We’ll send a detailed packing list after you book.
Are cell service and wifi available?
Yes, wifi is available and reliable. Cell service is spottier. That said, we gently encourage you to disconnect as much as possible during the retreat—this is your time to go inward without the pull of the outside world. But we understand if you need to check in occasionally, and you’ll be able to.
Do I need experience with breathwork, ceremony, or other practices?
Not at all. Everything will be gently guided, and you’ll be supported whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.
I'm worried I won't be able to "do it right" or that I'm too broken/stuck. Is this retreat right for me?
There is no “right way” to do this work, and you are not broken. The fear you’re feeling—that you need to be fixed or that you’re not enough—is exactly what we’ll meet together with compassion. Whether emotions flow easily or feel stuck, whether you have breakthroughs or quiet moments, all of it is welcome. You don’t need to perform, only show up as you are.

Ready to Say Yes?
When was the last time you felt rested, focused, in pure delight—worry-free?
The jungle is calling. The wild is beckoning. Not as an escape, but as an invitation to come home to yourself.
In a culture that tells us to be more but take up less space, in a society where grief and sorrow are chased away by artificial light, in a power structure where so many step on the backs of others to get ahead—you get to soften. You get to stay. You get to whisper: “no more.”
Here, in community, you are celebrated for every iteration of you. Yes, even that part you find unlovable—especially that part you deem unsavory. All of you is welcome. All of you is necessary.
This is your invitation to retreat into deep rest and discover your wholeness—even your perfection. To have an experience of self-love you can return to again and again, long after you leave the jungle.
You’re the one you’ve been waiting for.
Reservation deadline is February 28th. To ensure your first choice of rooms is available, we encourage you to commit today. Lean in – it’s time.
Are you ready to say yes?
We’d love to talk with you.
